  • Continental breakfast (coffee, milk or infusions accompanied by baked goods) is included in the price. If you do not consume it, there is no refund of money. The time at which this service ends is at 10:00 am. It will be served at the Institution’s Buffet. If you require an American breakfast or one with extras, it will be at an additional cost.
  • The establishment has free Wi-Fi.
  • Youth Hostel Mendoza has a Luggage Storage, Kitchen and Dining Room for use by its guests, equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator and sink, electric kettle, automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric stoves and utensils. Clothes washing and drying area. A display case is available to guests to purchase food products or amenities. The facilities must be used responsibly. It is the obligation of each guest to leave the utensils and kitchen clean after use. Each guest must mark their food or drink with their name and check-out date and remove it from the kitchen before leaving the accommodation. Drinks and food that are not properly marked will be removed by the establishment’s managers.
  • Youth Hostel Mendoza is not responsible for the deterioration or theft of drinks and food found in said room.
  • Meals will be taken in the Kitchen – Dining Room. Youth Hostel Mendoza has a Leisure and Recreation Room with TV, Wi-Fi, Bar, Buffet, Conference Room, books and tourist material from the Argentine Republic in six languages, thematic windows with tangible samples of various sciences, cultural and natural resources of Mendoza, the country and abroad, themed internal patios, board games, laboratories for short classes and workshops on viticulture, olive growing, Argentine barbecue and pastry.
  • Youth Hostel Mendoza has two information panels located in clearly visible places, one for general information where the present regulations are also displayed, the schedule of services and the operation of the facilities: rooms, kitchen, breakfast, opening and closing of facilities, etc. and in turn a message board called – The Messenger – where each guest can inform their needs and proposals to other guests. The quiet hours in the Hostel are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Pets are not allowed in our facilities.
  • Youth Hostel Mendoza has a first aid kit and coordinated emergency service.
